We ship to U.S., Canada, and the U.K. If you live outside the U.S., you will have to pay a custom and duties fee that is pre calculated at checkout.

All of our shipments leave the U.S. and need to be approved by the customs of your country. We do not know exactly how long items will stay in customs, but we do provide tracking information.

We can offer a refund in the event that item does not leave the customs.

Yes. You must return your product within 30 days of the product being delivered.

Any returned product(s) must be returned with original packaging and in like-new condition.

No. We are cruelty free.

Yes. We do not use any animal products.

We process the order within 1 day and estimate delivery within 3 business days for U.S. customers and 5 business days for international customers.
